Here is how you can use it
Step 1 - Heat the oil gently on Gas stove/ hot plate for a few seconds
Step 2- Apply the warm medicated oil on the effected area and massage by using downward strokes
Step 3- Leave the oil for atleast 30-45 min and then use have a hot water shower or bath
