Here is how you can use it
Step 1 - Place the herbal kizhi/ Potali on a heated tawa placed on Gas stove/ hot plate for 30 seconds or dampen the base by spraying fresh water on it & microwave it for 10 sec. Take the warm potali and check the temperature on the back of your hand to make sure the heat is tolerable
Step2- Heat the given customized medicated Ayurvedic oil gently on the effected area and massage
Step3- Apply the Potali on the affected paifnfull area and use gentle pressure while rolling & pressing it till the kizhi becomes cold
Duration of Treatment : 15-20 minutes
Do not use the Potali for more than 7 days
