Here is how you can use it 
Step 1 -   Heat the oil gently on Gas stove/ hot plate for a few seconds
Step2- Apply the warm medicated oil on the effected skin area
Step3- Leave the oil for atleast 30-45 min and then have a hot water shower or bath
